People v. O'Neill

Mr. O’Neill contended that the then current Illinois Personal Property Tax was invalid

Mr. O’Neill contended that the then current Illinois Personal Property Tax was invalid in that the Peoria County Board, which levied such tax, was invalidly constituted by reason of the failure of the underlying voting process to reflect the “one-man, one-vote” constitutional mandate.  210 N.E.2d 526 (Ill. 1965).
